In my opinion,This is a classic case of sufficient and necessary condition

Where whenever indicates a sufficient condition and the other part the necessary condition

The question-Raining is a sufficient condition for Janet leaving for the mall(necessary condition)

Janet leaving ->rainfall(mistaken reversal)

We have to find options with mistaken reversal

Now let’s check the options

1.crazy about U2(sufficient condition)->goes to the concert(necessary condition)

Not going to the concert-> not crazy about U2(contrapositive)

2.this is a repeat form

3.this is a mistaken reversal(let’s keep this one)

4.Again a contrapositive

5.this is also mistaken reversal but the coupon details is not given..it can be a 40% discount coupon ..so let’s eliminate this..

IMO..Option (C) is correct..
