we use for our business - bluehost.com.
we don't use websites though, but they have people who can help with the website too.

I don't want a very big website. Maybe 3-5 pages. My budget is not very big, I would like something at a monthly fee.

My suggestion is to check the services of "Follol". There you can make a completely free site. There are free themes and allows you to use much more stuff than other companies. They also have very good maintenance and service. I am very pleased with them.

There are numerous sites that will help you build your website. Some of these are really quite good. I use WordPress for my site and builder. I have a blog and I have also created some Facebook pages myself. It's really not hard if you are good at the computer.
