Hi Sawan Kumar!

For questions that are asking for information that would be "useful to evaluate" the argument, we have an argument, and we are looking for the answer choice that indicates the information we most need to know to determine whether the argument is good or not. There is basically some "missing information" in the passage, which we need to know in order to determine whether the argument is valid. We need to find that missing information.

So the question is very close to a "find the assumption" question. It's also related to a "weakening" question. The correct answer choice will tell us whether a key assumption for the argument is true or not. Here are some tips for approaching questions like that!
