Please let me know if I have to take the GMAT once again to improve my chances of selection.

Dear Aditya,

Your profile looks good to me. But if you can re-take GMAT and apply with a higher score, that would increase the chances of getting shortlisted (you have decent chances though), as 600+ GMAT score is considered as a safe score.
In case if you don't plan to take GMAT again, I would suggest you to take a chance and apply to Great Lakes. Great Lakes follows an overall profile based shortlisting which takes into account your test score, academic record, job profile, achievements, essays etc.

Kindly let me know in case you have any query.

Dear viswanag,

Your acadmecic record and work experience is fine, but the GMAT score is on a lower side. I would suggest you to re-take GMAT and apply with a higher score (600+ is a safe score). In case if you have also given CAT 2016/17 or XAT 17/18, you can let me know the percentiles so that i can tell you the shortlisting chances with the those scores as well.
