Re: HEC Paris (Admitted) vs INSEAD (Rejected) [#permalink]
I think you should take the offer of HEC it is a very good school and if you want to find a job in France it will help you, with INSEAD they don't really like re-applicant and waiting 2years is too long as consultants companies don't like old candidates. But again it is your decision, what you would like to do. That's just my humble opinion

Hi, and congrats for the admit!

I think that you're gunning to one of the most popular industries for MBAs, so you will most probably have recruiters from the same firms in both campuses. So if the goal is to get interviews from MC in France, you are in a great position at HEC.

Personally I think that the INSEAD advantage in this case would be that you will be practicing a lot more with individuals that are looking for the same, but on the flipside it could get more competitive.

I'd take the HEC offer, make the most of those 2 years, really prepare with all the seminars, etc etc. and you'll do fine.

Cheers!
