I listen to white ,pink and brown noise to ward off background sounds which are often distracting

Although many people are against it, music actually helps a lot of people to concentrate! I'm one among those and can't really get into anything without music. The genre totally depends on what I'm working on though :)

Sometimes I listen to some lounge music, mostly on the radio. Classical music also good to me, but in general, anything else only distracts me

Sometimes, when the mind is like too disturbed. I use music to meditate. Something that I read in a blog few years back and had been doing to conveniently.

Yes, there are lot of lofi playlists on Youtube I listen to while writing. They are pretty good for a background noise and don't distract you too much.

I don't listen to music, it distracts. But I have a friend who listens to music while writing an essay, it doesn't distract him.

Most of the people get distracted upon hearing music while they are studying or writing any paper. But students listen music when they copy notes, not when they write their own.But there are some people who listen music even while they are studying.

I listen to mellow music when I want to read something or writing some reports but when studying I don't do some music.

Yes ! I listen to music while writing essay.Certain music are great for working while others distract my work.I usually hear light,relaxing music while working or writing.Well,I don't listen to music while studying.

Yes Obviously, I am listening to music while writing essays. It give a relaxation for me and always boost my writing ideas. I always prefer essay writing service UK to get useful writing suggestions.

Classical music might be a good choice, as it can tend to calm the nerves and help you focus. On the other hand, listening to loud, raucous music that's distracting can have the opposite effect by keeping your mind preoccupied with the music rather than the subject matter at hand.
