Well, don't lose hope. There are still remaining spots for signing up and there were people getting invites one week later than the batch according to last year's LGO thread. Good luck!

Last year they seemed to be very exact on the release date, unless the person have other situations such as a pending offer from a competing school. I guess everyone else would only hear back on March 2nd this year?

I thought they call a day before the deadline for folks that got in? (Last year atleast looks like they did that)

Yep, I think yours is more correct. I am not expecting to hear anything in Feb at least.

Actually I also filed an application directly and separately to the engineering department since I applied thru Sloan, and I just got a rejection... I guess that's not a good omen for my LGO application? X(

I would say that's not necessarily true. Maybe they knew you are getting an admit through LGO anyway? I know its tough, but try to not assume the worst before you hear back next week.

Same! I'm trying to prepare myself for the incoming rejection but I don't know how it will really affect me. I don't know if I'm this anxious because the decision date is so well defined and I'm waiting for it, or because I've grown so much more attached to the school and the program (than I was before) after spending time on campus and being there for an interview (as opposed to Skype).

It's also weird knowing that this same time 3 days into the future, I would be certain to have pieces of information that I currently don't have. As a minor control freak, this is unsettling.
