Concise and grammatically arranged.

C. Won't never...wrong
D. Adds extra information
E.wont never...wrong

I also agree that B should be the right solution because it is concise and still conveys the correct message.
A would be my second favorite too. However, "about whether or not you are able to find" is so wordy and I think that "whether or not" is redundant, because whether already implies a yes/no-situation. Therefore A is inferior imo.

Yes, the answer is B.

A has to be eliminated in the first place."Whether or not" - redundant.
