1. No info about the content of A and B individually -------------->NS
2.1. No info about in which ratio A and B are mixed to get the res solution -------------->NS

1+ 2 : Both the info provided ---------------------------------->S Thus Ans C

example:
In A : 90 W 10 A
In B : 90 W 10 A
Say 400 L A mixed with 100 L B
in Resultant solution 360+90 W 40+10 A hence W:A= 9:1 => 10% A

I think the answer is B.

If Solution A and Solution B both contain 10% alcohol, it doesnt matter how many liters of each solution are combined... the resultant solution will always have 10% alcohol.

imo B , as whatever be the ratio of mixture of A&B resultant will always be 10%
