I did check
egmat's website, there's no such option...but please let me know incase I have missed it...
previously they did have plans for individual topics eg. plan for CR, SC, RC etc...
for verbal my scores so far are as follows
last official gmat 34 ...taken a long time ago in jan 2017
4th April gmatprep 36
12th April veritas CAT score 30
16th April GMATPREP default test CAT verbal 38 but i think my scores were inflated because I was familiar with 3 of the passages - (here I started the practice of giving myself 2 mins less to improve my timing)
17th APril GMATPREP default test CAT verbal 35, was familiar with only 1 of the passage so slightly inflated (here again i gave myself 2 mins less to improve my timing)
21st april gmatclub verbal CAT 27 (I gave myself 3 mins less)
I want a 40+ score on verbal...
I think sc is a strength cause in the gmatprep CATS I've taken on april 4th, 16th and 17th, I've scored...42,42, 42
RC and CR my scores for the same dates have been as follows
RC - 41, 39(inflated cause I was familiar with 3 passages), 29
CR- 33, 35, 31
and so CR + RC are obviously my weaknesses...
sources used so far
og 15, actual lsatprep tests...completed 4 tests so far (only rc and cr sections), some questions from og18, 17, and 1 economist verbal CAT, about 130 questions from veritas practice bank
my reviewing style is as follows:
i review all questions I scored incorrectly, or questions that I was stuck on during the test...
very hard questions, I mostly don't review...I read the explanations and let them go if I don't understand...(except for sc)
I thoroughly review medium to sub 600 level questions
on a weekly basis I redo my
error log...mostly sc only...
obviously I am not doing something right or I need to do more material/tests, change my style of reviewing......cause my actual score has just improved 1 point from my last official CAT...so to speak
considering the verbal section is seemingly harder now...I need to up my game...
as per my understanding...I need to practice more rc + cr together in a test format...individually I score well, but in the test format I goof things up...
looking forward to help from the experts
