Non-consecutive MSc in Management

Greetings!
My name's Philipp.
Short profile:
1) Russian, 25;
2) Bachelor of law (in Russia), on track for "honors" (can't calculate my current GPA right now, need to get to my university docs), but will get my diploma only in December '18;
3) IELTS 8.0, German ~ A2, aspiring to get to C2 in a year and a half;
4) Scored 660 (Q42, V38, IR4) in my first GMATPrep test, never prepared for GMAT, had my last math courses around 7 years ago, so I see opportunities for improvement;
5) 1 year as a corporate lawyer at international firm (TMF Group) in Moscow, 2 years as a lawyer in courts for insolvency cases;
6) A lot of volunteer work, on the Boards of one Russian and one international NGO;
7) Military service, squad commander (kinda obligatory in Russia)))
As me and my family have decided to move to US/Germany (US is #1 option, but it's much more harder to get there, Germany is #2, but my wife already has permanent residence), I've decided to change my profession to more internationally versatile one. Also, while working for big company, I've understood that my interests are more in the management sphere, not just in legal. So my goal is to get a relatively cheap (hence, Europe) degree in management from good Uni with reputation outside of EU. Don't want to be "ostracized" from the US labor market.
I've decided to apply to MSc in Germany (English track) next year, when I finish my Bachelors.
I've turned to Mannheim and its MSc in Management program, but I see a couple of challenges for me:
1) Non-consecutive degree - Mannheim asks for at least 36 ECTS in business administration. I have approximately 5 credits for Microeconomics, 2-3 for Conflictology, 2-3 for Basics of Management, maybe 2-5 more for some other BA stuff. Other than that there are only Law credits (Corporate law, Insolvency Law, Trade Law, International Law, Tax Law, etc.). Is there any chance they will consider my application? If no, do you know of any German public Uni (English track) where the rules are not so strict.
2) No semester abroad - As I understand, I need to show a GPA close to 1.3 and Gmat around 720 to overcome the lack of 22 points for semester abroad. Does work experience or internships abroad count? I'm currently reside in Atlanta helping local angel investors manage their Eastern European investments.
Plan B: If Mannheim doesn't support non-consecutive MiM, I thought about trying to apply (still have some time in some Unis) to any German Master of Economics/Finance/Management/whatsoever English track program for this year winter semester to get some ECTS's for Mannheim. I know in some schools you can apply without a degree if you bring them your diploma during the first semester.
What do you think about it?
P.S. Thanks to all people on this forum, got a lot from here!
