Rewards stuck at 99 points even after subscribing to GMAT club tests

Rewards stuck at 99 points even after subscribing to GMAT club tests [#permalink] New post   19 Jun 2018, 21:23
Last month I used up 80 points for gmat club tests access for a month. Now, after the access is expired, I still see that I have 99 rewards. However, in the side bar it shows that I only have 19 points. I cannot accumulate points any more now ( used chat, replying to post, used timer etc). I sent out an email to support, but havent heard anything.

Hey sateesh611,

A member needs to have a minimum of 25 kudos to get into silver otherwise he/she will never cross 99 points.

SonGoku- I understand that. however the issue is not that I would like to go to Silver status. its about deducting 80 points for gmat club tests in the background but not showing it. I should be at 19 points and this will help me accumulate more points.

Hello. This is correct. You need to have 25 Kudos to be able to earn more than 99 rewards points. You have already earned 99 and while you may have spent 80, that does not mean that you only earned 19. You have 19 left, but you still have earned 99.
