Letter of Recommendation Advice

Hello,
I am considering getting a recommendation from the president of our family business and am wondering if it is a good idea. Here are the key considerations:
-I worked in the family business for 4.5 months after graduation but left for a marketing job
-I rejoined recently (after 4 years elsewhere) and have been back at the family business for 5.5 months by time of the submission of the MBA application (so cumulatively I've worked at the family business for 10 months)
-My direct supervisor at the family business is a relative so I cannot ask him to write me a recommendation letter
-The president is not a relative and is a professional hire. He knows me well and I interact with him almost every day
-The president is the only one senior to me who is not a relative
-My other recommendation letter will come from my direct supervisor at my previous job
-My post-MBA goal is to grow the family business
Would this be detrimental to my application?
