Scored Very Low 600 in GMAT.. Q47 and V19.. Please help!

taniyaray I would also suggest that you attend some free egmat webinars for SC - meaning approach. They would really help you to understand what do we mean by "focusing on the meaning".
You might want to work on your quant as well. Getting a 49+ on quant is relatively easier than getting 40+ on verbal both for native and for non native speakers. For quant you must work in Number properties, absolute value, and statistics, primarily. Getting a very good hold on these topics will get you in the Q49-Q5x league.

I agree with vaibhav1221 re: focusing too much on grammar. That is a common mistake a lot of students make when studying SC, and for good reason when you think of the GMAT as a test of content (i.e. grammar). But the GMAT testmakers are savvy at writing questions in which all of the answer choices are grammatically correct, but where one answer stands out as more logically sound. In those situations, memorizing every grammatical rule in the book still won't help.

In addition to the resources that were already recommended, check out Veritas Prep's YouTube page - they have a ton of free video lessons. You should also check out ORION. I was speaking with one of our students from Mexico City last week and he said that our verbal strategies were great for non-native English speakers (unsure if that includes you or not, but figured it was worth sharing).
