B. 45:45:90.

8 sqrt(2) + 8 sqrt(2) + 16 = 16 + 16 sqrt(2)

so h=16.

If x is the length of equal side of triangle:

Perimeter = x + X + x*sqrt(2) = 2x + x*sqrt(2) = 16 + 16*sqrt(2)

putting x = 8*sqrt(2) solves the equation.

Therefore Hypotenuse = 8*sqrt(2)*sqrt(2) = 16.
