and as for your question: nothing has been announced yet. Even the dates for regular submitted applications are not out yet.
My best guess is the that the interview invites might roll out in early November.
They'll not hold interviews for everyone because of small percentage.

They can continue with the admission process for other candidates for all cities.

Remaining people can be called to Hyderabad for interview after 15th

yeah, probably if there is not a lot of junta.
Lets see how it turns out.

Heard there was a lot of ruckus created last year. Hope they smoothen out the process this time!!

It's rather confusing. Best thing probably is just wait and keep checking your inbox. Nevertheless in the webinars, the moderator clarified saying there will be two rounds of interviews for both Sep 15 and Oct 15 submissions.
