The correct idiom imo is Distinguish a from b
so A

Only option A uses correct idiom "distinguish X from Y".
Will go with A

MANHATTAN REVIEW OFFICIAL EXPLANATION:



The only correct idiom offered among the options is to distinguish x from y. Choice A is the correct answer.
