N! = 1*2*3*4*...N
( Note that n! is defined for positive integers only)
Hence, 123! = 1*2*3*4*5*...123
Hence, it is in form of 4n.
Similarly, 35! = 1*2*3*4*5*...*35.
Hence it is divisible by 10.

In mathematics, the factorial of a non-negative integer n, denoted by n!, is the product of all positive integers less than or equal to n. For example,

5! = 5*4*3*2*1

The value of 0! is 1, according to the convention for an empty product.
