very open ended question, but if you scored 660 once 700 is not far away. Three weeks with good planning and excellent execution should lead you to 7xx club.

In terms of whether or not you can hit 700+, I would look at your practice scores for the answer. If you have hit 700+ on at least 20-30% of your practice tests (including MGMAT, PR, and GMATPrep, but not Kaplan), then I would say you have a shot. But if you have not done this, I would say getting a 570, 660 and then pulling off a 700+ in just 3 weeks is a huge stretch and I would encourage you to take a bit more time (5-6 weeks) to ensure you really get the core concepts and timing down perfectly.

I did 640 to 730 in 5 weeks. It can be done. I would however urge you to just postpone and prepare properly if you can. Why rush it?

if you tend to do the same mistakes then you will have to get rid of persistent weaknesses. the best way to do so is by private tutoring. another valuable tool is an error log. why do you do always the same mistakes? is it more a timing issue or because you have not mastered some GMAT concepts?
