o My Performance at the company has gifted me an unusual promotion in terms of responsibility. It got me promoted to lead 6 billion dollar Shell Ethylene Complex (Such unusual responsibility is given only to employee with 10+ years experience.). As a lead, I was held responsible for all the technical deliverables and the necessary planning and execution by interacting with Client, Linde Project Management and sometimes Texas government official. Such fast growth has helped company to develop a leader at very low cost.
o Executed a Project as a Lead at South African site (2 months) for client Afrox. Appreciated by Client for following and making everyone follow the Linde Safety standards at the site. This initiative helped to increase Linde’s reputation in the eyes of client
o Deputed to Munich, Germany twice to conduct meetings with vendor and Client to align the vendor documentation with the required standards
