MD/MBA - Fielding General Advice

28y/o female at a US medical school in my 2nd year and graduate at 31y/o.
From cursory searches, it appears there is a de facto hard stop on the age of the typically accepted applicant to HBS — supposedly 35 y/o. I am not sure how true this is and what this means for me since I am graduating med school at 31y/o. Regarding residency, I would most likely do Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, which are 3 year trainings.
Other factors possibly of interest: I have a STEM degree. I grew up disadvantaged. I am not anywhere near the top of my med school class. I grow up without certain exposures on how to succeed, and my appeal for help on this forum on how even approach thinking about a Harvard MBA highlights this….
I will be a published first author of a novel laboratory/research method within the next year. My research lab intends to build on my research to create a new drug-delivery mechanism.

Why HBS? Well, why not — shoot for the stars!
I never applied to med school with the intent of practicing medicine (forever/possibly at all). One of my parents worked in biotech, so I grew up with the influence/idea of seeing physicians doing “non-traditional" things. My mind is bent towards creating and finding solutions — figuring out how to optimize things. I also placed in the 87 %tile worldwide in ethical/situational judgement when I took the Bloomberg Aptitude Test way back in undergrad.

Other factors possibly of interest: I have a STEM degree. I grew up disadvantaged in a U.S. crime/murder capital. I am not anywhere near the top of my med school class, but I also know that very few people where I grew up could achieve what I forced myself to achieve. I am a good storyteller. Part of this story is growing up without certain exposures on how to succeed, and my appeal for help on this forum on how even approach thinking about a Harvard MBA highlights this….

You can apply for the MD/MBA program. The acceptance rate for Harvard MD program is 3.7%. The acceptance rate for Harvard MBA program is 11%. It will be tougher getting the MD admission than MBA admission. I believe, once you secure the MD admission, you should be able to get the MBA admission.
