Hello
mitusinglaIf I were you, I'd want to address the following-
1. Low GMAT score- considering your Indian Male Engineer background, which is one of the largest and most competitive pool of applicants. Will find it tough to stand out with this score.
2. Having pursued a PGDM already, display the need of a 2nd MBA- this will be critical to your application
3. 36 Years of age makes you an outlier for most programs. Not a deal breaker, but in addition to 'Why 2nd MBA', you will have to focus on 'why MBA now' as well. Plus with your extensive experience you will be expected to show more maturity, career progress and achievements than other applicants in order to stand out within the competition.
4. Lastly, not sure what your short term and long term career goals are- they must be clear, organic and realistic.
Reading
here will help understand what factors to focus on in your application and
here to add to your research on career goals.
