Hey guys,

I started drafting the essays for the application and was wondering if there are any who are targeting the early decision round which is due Sep 4th. Also I couldn't find essay prompt analysis anywhere yet, so wondering if anyone has made any progress.

There are the below two questions in the prompt. Wondering what the school is expecting from the first question.

Essay Question I: How do you expect to be changed by your experience at IESE and what impact you would like to make after your MBA? (word limit 300 max)

Essay Question II: What are your short and medium term post MBA career goals and how will IESE help you achieve them? (word limit 300 max)

Any idea whether are all interview invites for Indian applicants already rolled out ? Moreover, since the deadline is March 1, till when they would conduct interviews in India?

Any idea about the number of invites IESE sends out in each round.
It has been over 10 days and I'm not sure whether I should keep any more hopes now.

I don't think IESE caps number of invites. if they are interested in the profile they'll contact you. the decisions get made at the admissions committee after the interviews etc.
Have you seen any other Indian applicants get invites?
today it looks like the Brazilian candidates got invites.

Hello,

It seems that interview waves are regional, because IESE has admission consultants focused on continents. For example, while there was (apparently) a wave for Asia at January 15th, the Americas wave was at January 18th.

Futhermore, I believe people that live closer to the locations where assesment days are held were invited to assesment days (New York, Barcelona and Sao Paulo).

Big congratulations to all of you who got invitation interviews for round 2. If anyone is curious my applicant received an invitation to interview last Tuesday as well as the assessment day, same day. She is Indian but working in North America.

There are currently, as far as I know, no existing Gmatclub IESE https://gmatclub.com/chat groups.
once you've (hopefully) been accepted, there is a https://gmatclub.com/chat group of accepted students and a facebook group also.
