The website says that the result will be out by end of March.

I have been waitlisted. Anyone else who got waitlisted here... What are the chances of getting off the waitlist??

I have received an admit and have paid the first installment. Does anyone know till what date I can pull out of the course if I have a change of mind and how much of the money paid will be refunded?

You can call the XLRI admissions office directly and ask them. I suppose there is an option to accept or reject the offer. In case you reject the offer, some amount is deducted, that maybe processing fees, taxes, etc. But it would be better if you talk to admissions office directly.

Gmat score: 640 in 3rd attempt, i do not have the patience or energy to take one more attempt. So i am planning to apply to colleges with this score.

Highest education:
B.Tech electrical engineering from NIT Silchar, Assam India CGPA 8.06 equivalent to 80.6%


Work Experience-
6.6 years
-1. 6 year as a site engineer with larsen and toubro constructions, constructing ultra high voltage transmission lines.
-4 years with JSW Energy limited working as a junior manager electrical maintenance in a 1600MW thermal power plant

10th -85%
12th -63%

Amongst my achievements one is I am selected by the JSW Group as an Emerging Leader, so undergoing a year long tailor made program at XLRI Jamshedpur.
Second is i am continuously rated high(very good, outstanding, very good) in the annual appraisal. Outstanding being the highest rating , only a meagre 5% of the total employees are rated so.
With this profile i wish to apply for XLRI GMP, IIML IMPX, ISB pgp. Do I stand a chance? Are there any other places that i should apply with such a gmat score and a profile?

Inputs would be highly appreciated.
