Fig,
I did this and scored high - especially in SC. First I learnt what a subject is, what an object is and what verbs are etc. Then for every single sentence in every single prep book, I tried first to identify what is a subject, what is a verb. Then I rewrote complex sentences like this -
" In retrospect, the team and their manager did this and that to make this friggin sentence complex".
I wrote as " In retrospect, A (team is singular) and their B did X to do Y".
Interesting, it widely reduces the size of sentences. I will try it. It can be very usefull on some kind of SC
. Sometimes, the structure of sentence and plural/singular elements are so confuised. This strategy can definetily clarify all

Thus broken down, I could see through the mistake easily. It was painstaking but it paid off. I got 42 in verbal and I am happy about it.
Congrats
... It's a very good score. It would be very very nice if I had even 36. Thus 42, I let u imagine

Well, standard test book strategies work. But someone suggested using "equatuons" here. Like "Because of X, Y happened" etc. Maybe that will help.
Yes.... Back to Math logics could be helpfull. It's not so far from your SC method.
Yesterday, I encountered some sort of increases / decreases CR questions. I applied strategies as I do on Q. It clarfied a lot the situation.
