B is my final answer. After "Physics professors", it must be names for people. And "after ten years of fundraising" modifies 1989

E. Wrong. Its not clear what the professors actually founded in 1989.

Physics professors, the Arnmore Laboratories and Arnmore Research Facilities were founded by Leo and Fontove Arnmore in 1989 after ten years of fundraising.

(A) the Arnmore Laboratories and Arnmore Research Facilities were founded by Leo and Fontove Arnmore in 1989 after ten years of fundraising
"Physics professors" is a part of the list of things that were founded on 1989 which does not make sense. The underlined portion should start with the names of the professors. Incorrect.

(B) Leo and Fontove Arnmore founded the Arnmore Laboratories and Arnmore Research Facilities in 1989, after ten years of fundraising
This sentence has the correct construction and conveys the right meaning. Correct.

(C) after ten years of fundraising, the Arnmore Laboratories and Arnmore Research Facilities were founded by Leo and Fontove Arnmore in 1989
"Physics professors" in the non-underlined portion should be immediately followed by the names of the professors. The actual nouns are quite far away from the noun modifiers. Incorrect.

(D) the Arnmore Laboratories and Arnmore Research Facilities were founded in 1989 by Leo and Fontove Arnmore after ten years of fundraising
Same mistake as option A. Incorrect.

(E) Leo and Fontove Arnmore founded after ten years of fundraising the Laboratories and Arnmore Research Facilities in 1989
The meaning in this sentence is not conveyed properly. Its not clear what the professors actually founded in 1989.
It means the professors founded something after fundraising the labs and facilities for 10 years in 1989. Does not make sense. Incorrect.
