ok so i’m going into junior year this fall & lately i’ve been stressing over where i should go right out of high school. i am very interested in pursuing undergraduate and MBA in Stern, however, i don’t think that my grades are good enough. freshman year i did ok in most of my classes except math & history. up until the beginning of sophomore year, i have improved quite a bit on my math skills. my grades are still not good enough i don’t get all As, i don’t take none of that AP classes apart from History 1 CP. my gpa is probably way below average (i’m not sure i haven’t checked bc i get scared to face the reality of being a failure but i’m guessing like 2.7-2.8 something like that) nevertheless, does anyone have any advice for me to improve on my college application like besides the fact that i need to get my gpa higher & get better grades, what else do i need to work on for a higher chance of getting admitted to Stern? thank you for your time.
just fyi, i have other b-schools in mind such as the Fuqua School of Business (Duke U), Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth College), Mendoza School of Business (U of Notre Dame), Owen Graduate School (Vanderbilt U), Marriott School of Business (BYU), Olin Graduate (Babson College), Graziadio (Pepperdine U), Tepper (Carnegie Mellon U), and so on.
also bruh i know none of these top tier schools will accept my dumbass but one can dream you feel.
ps: when do you guys suggest to take GMAT if one is admitted to a Business School right after senior year of high school.
