Tepper has a history of sending invites in multiple waves. Historically, candidates with high GMAT scores, get invites early.

Is there a particular date up to which Tepper rolls out interview invites?

The Decision Tracker has a lot of entries already, across various geographies and GMAT scores, so is it safe to assume that most of the invites for R1 are done?
Or can we expect a significant number of invitations to be rolled out still?

Only thing I have to go off of is what I can see on ClearAdmit from last year. It shows a significant release of interviews in mid-October (mirroring what we saw this year), and then a trickle of invites through November 5th. So, there is still time for more invites to roll out, but I don't think another major release is coming.
