Congrats!! You heard back from them pretty quickly. Submitted on 4th. No notification yet. Is there a way to check on portal? If I log in to my application, all I see is green check marks with requirements submitted and with status as application submitted.

Did you apply for early decision or regular?

Hi Mudit, you will get an email when invited to interview, and a new link will appear on your portal specifying that you have been invited to interview. All the best!

I applied 10/3 no invite. People who applied 10/4 are receiving invites.

Does that usually mean ding?

If you haven't received a ding, then your application is under consideration. Either way, I recommend that you should stick to an action plan of applying to multiple places of your choice with the same enthusiasm. Don't get stuck up on any one application. There is nothing you can do to improve your chances after applying. All the best!

I was interviewed today. Can’t say it went very well. I was somewhat unprepared and couldn’t articulate my goals clearly enough. The interviewer was sharp and incisive and it was a great experience to meet her, notwithstanding the result of the interview. Will keep you guys posted!

Just a datapoint, my friend submitted his application in August last year regular decision and did not receive his interview invite until after Thanksgiving, so given that time frame, I would not expect an interview invite at the earliest around late November, early December.

Applied 10/1 ED. No ding nor invite yet

Does anyone know if the status will change to under review or anything of that sort?

Yea I’m 10/3 submission with no ding or invite. I don’t really know what to make of it. I’ve seen via ClearAdmit people that have submitted a day after and before me have been dinged already. So I dn if it’s just I’m a candidate that’s borderline so they’re taking more time to deliberate or what but the anticipation is brutal haha.

Really? Those who applied on 10/4 have recieved ding already? Do you know if anyone who has applied on 10/4 had received an invite yet?

BTW I am on 10/4 with no ding or invite either.

Here is the link to CBS' Clearadmit page where people update their application status. Realistically, this tool has no useful application outside of making prospective MBA students more anxious and insecure haha. At the end of the day, you're either admitted or not.
