I would like to know what math topics are covered under Value/Order/Factors and Counting/Sets/Series.

Rukia - I belive your question answers it well. In the ESR, value/order/factors/counting/sets/series cover the exact same topics you mentioned. You have the entire Quant syllabus in the official guide.

Here's how they line up with the topics laid out in the MPrep strategy guides:

Value/Order/Factors: Digits & Decimals, Absolute Value, Exponents & Roots, Divisibility & Primes, Positive & Negative, Remainders, Number Line

Counting/Sets/Series: Sequences & Series, Overlapping Sets, Statistics, Combinatorics, Probability, Estimation
