Admission Requirements for the MBA, MBA with Co-Op and Accelerated MBA Programs


  • A competitive GPA in the final two years of your undergraduate degree
  • A competitive GMAT score*
  • Two academic or professional references
  • KIRA online video interview
  • Professional resume and/or CV

Are you an international applicant? You’ll need:
  • TOEFL – recommended score of 100 or IELTS – recommended score of 7
  • A minimum of one-year continuous work experience

Successful candidates include new graduates with strong extracurricular and community engagement. Additionally, individuals with up to five years of continuous work experience, are encouraged to apply.

*GRE accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Selected Co-op applicants will be invited to an admission interview.

I just got an interview Invite. This year the adcom is coming to India for Interviews. Can anyone share their previous Mcmaster interview experience?

I got an invite for the KIRA video essays, which should be submitted within 5 days of receiving such an email.
And yes, interviews will be held in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore by the adcom for shortlisted candidates.

Manat, what are the questions you got in the video essays, and the timed written ones on KIRA?

Hello everyone, I am done with my online Kira interview and received invite for co-op interview.
The thing is I am yet to take my GMAT; I have informed them about my GMAT date and they asked me to send my unofficial scores as soon as possible.

Also, I got my interview invite before I took my Kira interview and before one of my referees submitted their LOR form.

What has me worried is that whether they made a mistake in sending me an invite to the interview as they only had, at the time, my online application and LOR for 1 referee? I just want to know if anyone else had a similar experience, where their application was not complete and they still received an interview invite.

The email asked me to select my choice of interview, either in-person or virtual. There was a link provided to make the choice, and once I selected in-person interview, I was asked to select time slots convenient for me on the days when the admission committee was going to be in my city.
It was not for Kira video interview, I got a mail for it seperately.

The exact same thing happened to me too.
