Does Darden call a day before the actual decision date?

EA applicants, what was your experience?

I got accepted in the EA round and yes, they called me a day before to inform me about the acceptance.

Congrat on the admission! Any scholarship?

And could you share about whenyou got the call? either in Easter standard time or in Indian standard time. Thanks!

Got my call at around 10:15 pm IST.

Anyone other R1 applicants not hear from Darden yet? Submitted app in late September and portal still says "application submitted." Have not gotten any emails for denial, waitlist or interview and final deadline is next week Dec 11th.

I guess nobody receives repsonse from Darden yet. It seems they start their calls one day before the decision day. Just wait in patience.

EA Admits - Has any of you started the verification process with ReVera?

Yes, I have initiated the Re Vera process a while back.
Though the checklist still says awaiting to initiate the process.

Thanks. Do you know by any chance what does the verification process include and how long does it take? Have you been in contact with ReVera?

Mostly your application data, like your compensations, designation and time period you have mentioned to be working with the organisation. They may get in touch with your recommender if they feel like they need any clarity on LoRs.
But mostly basic stuffs.
They will not verify your transcript or test scores.
The process might take time somewhere between a couple of weeks to months..
And we wont get any confirmation about its completion. We will be contacted by them in case they find any discrepancy.
So as long as they don't contact you, expect everything to be fine.
However, if you know you have made any error in application (clerical mistakes like wrong date of joining or promotion), then it is advised to let them know in advance through the mail link provided by them.
All in all, start the process as early as you can..

Does AdCom call all admitted students or is it just on a sample basis?
