Can it be done what doesn't seems to be possible anymore?

I asked this question twice from myself, "Is it fair? Is it a good decision? ", before asking this here.
But, I realised that nothing is impossible. Yes,iI know, I do have a lot of hurdles in front of me and the only kind of people can help me out of here are those, who dove till its depth.
Before, asking this question; I accept this fact that what am asking, is actually, whose answer's shadow is already lying on the odd side.

respected seniors,
I am a year-old graduate with an undergraduate degree in bachelor of science(mathematics honours) from 484th-all India ranked university.
from sophomore years, I was always interested in mathematics, and its application in the real world. as after board, I was always in favour of economics and its studies but, as an act of unmatured young man, I took pure science due to love toward mathematical application, without even knowing the other side of the situation where usage of the practicability of mathematics was at its peak, Somehow I completed my 12th grade with pure science with average score of first division, But I was a stupid warrior without considering my strength and weakness I was just running toward my choices,
And, so I took admission in UG-B.Sc(mathematics honours) in my city and as in the first year it was quite understandable but as time passed it knocked me hard on my face and I graduated with 48% or 1.8 GPA and you won't believe it was an annual exam course.
As knowing the fact that I was losing my grip over time, I joined a Pharmacy Company during graduation and worked as Medical representative for three years straight while achieving accomplishment on this site as time after time I realised my strength and weaknesses on the same time after graduation, I joined an iron and steel company and have been working for a year as executive assistant supervisor.


my question is as same as every low GPA holder ask, Is there any chances, and what if high GMAT score... and how to cover this low GPA mess which I spread..

[LET ME BE CLEAR SIR, SITUATION IS NOT LIKE:-
INTERVIEWER:- Your scores are constantly low, what do you want?
ME:- Admission with full scholarships
NO SIR, ON A SERIOUS NOTE SCENARIO, ItS NOT THAT, I AM TOTALLY UNKNOWN AND UNSUPERVISED AND ONLY ARTIST EXPERIENCES CAN HELP TO CHANGE THE FAITH OF THE DIAMONDS FROM THE COAL, AND SO YOUR MENTORSHIP CAN MINE. ]

all I am asking is, I KNOW THE HURDLES, TELL ME ABOUT THE WAYS TO CROSS IT.
