Congrats on your admits!
If you’re planning to stay in the United States, the LBS degree won’t do a whole lot and frankly it’s a slightly awkward thing to put on your resume so getting 2 Degreesin one go isn’t as valuable per se.
Sounds like you will be recruiting outside of your current company for a role after the graduation. Is that correct? In that case your main source of networking in your biggest network will be your classmates. It makes sense to attend the program that attracts people from the paths of life and careers are you planning to pursue and frankly the largest in size. I’m specifically talking about the people you will be taking classes with. My guess that would be the Wharton program.I would vote for it.
Wharton has a strong name and is probably the top mba program since HBS and GSB don’t offer them. Unless you’re some kind of tied to New York or to be working in London, i would to pick Wharton.

Thank you! I am looking to recruit outside my current company post-graduation. I currently work for a government funded R&D organization.
I'm trying to figure out which network will be most valuable:
On the one hand, I do plan on moving to New York soon no matter which school I go to. In that sense, won't the Columbia network be more valuable? Also, I'm assuming that I'll be able to participate/attend more events at the school if I live in the city. The global MBA allows you to choose electives in your last year from the Columbia full-time MBA and their evenings and weekends EMBA course options.
On the other hand, you make a good point about Wharton where the class is made up of domestic students, which means larger network. How valuable is your class network immediately following graduation, when it comes to career change?
