B-School at times waive the application fees depending on certain circumstances. They do it usually when they see candidate with potential or when they're still in early stages of application rounds.

Hi there, sharing this exchange I had with Brandon Kirby, head of MBA Admissions at RSM:

Hi Brandon, I think its great that RSM has offered proxies for GMAT/GRE, however now that GRE is offering a remote option, and GMAT plans to do the same mid-April, I am wondering if/how that will change? I realize this is all unknown territory but it would be helpful to know.

Thanks for reaching out. At the moment, we are still in a wait and see situation. These measures will be in place until at least our next round, which is in early April - so probably before the tests are ready or many people are able to take it.

I think it’s great that both tests are adapting, but I also wonder how mentally willing and able people are to sit for the tests. Time will tell I guess.

Historically, the GRE represented a smaller portion of tests received vs GMAT for us. Once GMAC updates their approach we’ll see how it goes.

The important thing for people to realize is that we are still being just as selective with the measures, so we are not just opening up the door for all.

Hi Farrell.

Brandon is really a nice man and I know the whole MBA team as well. They are exerting great effort now to maintain the stability of current intake. One aspect is that they realize what you pay for so they assure to do streamline live lectures and no record lecturers.

Hi, I started working on my application and under the essays section, the questions are mixed up. Please see my attachment. Can someone clarify what is going on?

IT says answer either topic 1 or topic 2 but there is no prompt for essay 1.



Also I was under the impression that RSM had only one essay but i see that they are asking two essays ( either essay 1 or 2 and essay 3) is this correct?

If anyone here has already applied could you please clarify.

I had the same issue.
Select the desired option and save "Which Programme are you applying to?*" in the General Information section and then move to essays!
