7 Weeks to MIT EMBA’s Final Deadline – Still Time?
The MIT EMBA program’s final deadline is on May 28, 2020, which is currently seven weeks away. Is it too late to apply?
Representatives of MIT Sloan’s EMBA program often remind candidates that MIT usually gets approximately 40% of its EMBA applications in the last two weeks of the admissions cycle! So, for those of you who are very interested in MIT, it is not too late to try to secure a seat in this prestigious EMBA program. But, you should move as briskly as you can, so that you can submit potentially by the second week of May rather than the end of May, when the school will be inundated with applications.
Even if you end up applying at the end of May, however, just remember that at times prestigious EMBA programs take in additional applications even after the final deadline if they have not fully filled the new EMBA class. That means that even at the top EMBA programs, there are sometimes a noteworthy number of seats remaining in the latest days of the application cycle. With that in mind, if MIT is of interest to you, get moving!
The fact that you do not need to submit a GMAT, GRE or EA score certainly should aid your ability to complete your MIT application requirements. Your focus should be on your essays and recommendation letters.
