Hey Guys,

Did anyone take the Kira interview for Round 3 yet? If yes, please share your experience.

Thanks!

Hi vikashdas

1- If you go through the old pages, you will find some applicants posted their questions.

2- When you register to Kira, it will give plenty of time and questions to practice. You can use this link too.

3- If you want to master Kira written question, you can use my post here:

Hello friends,

I planned to take the Kira assessment this weekend. To my surprise, the practice page is taking forever to load. I have tried almost 50 times since morning.

I thought that the page might be taking time to load because of the traffic.
I tried to open the Kira assessment page on both Chrome and Firefox. However, nothing seems to work.
I have sent a note to the Adcom.

I am feeling helpless as tomorrow is the deadline. Any suggestions?

Since your assessment is tomorrow, I'm really dicey whether the AdCom would be able to reply at the weekends.

Nevertheless, vikashdas, try to open the Kira-assessment window in incognito mode in different browsers - chrome, edge, firefox.
A couple of web-extensions may be hindering the Kira window.

Try the following -

    1) Clear out the cache.
    2) Restart the browser.
    3) Login with a different browser

Best guess - The issue could be because of an on-going login on other web-sessions.

All the best mate! :)

Thank you for your suggestions. I tried out every option possible but in vain!
Totally clueless. I uninstalled and reinstalled both chrome and firefox.
I am not sure what's wrong.

Do you mind to share what do you think the difference between RSM and TIAS, cause I was looking up the info of TIAS , but cant really see the difference?i think the advantage of TIAS is their small class?
Thank you.

Hi Amberme

From academic point of view, There are almost similar and with minor differences. But in terms of career reputation, RSM is number 1 management schools. The alumni numbers surpass TIAS by far. So the probability to get help from there is much higher. Also, the career office in RSM is more complicated with many resources, compared to TIAS that has only 2 consultants to help you make CV, LinkedIn, interview traning..etc. That being said, at the end it is all about you to move and search for self but RSM provides more resources.

I would highlit another school which is known to Dutch and between RSM and TIAS. It is Nyenrode business school. It may be a good deal. Have a look

Hi All,

Just found this group. Wish I had found it earlier. Finished my Kira last week. How does RSM evalute? Kira is pass/fail or interview is mandatory. I saw few folks get Kira & Interviews together. How long do you think we will have results?

Hi,

You will hear from RSM in a week or two weeks time. For me as well only Kira link was shared. Seeing the trend they will evaluate the profile based on Kira and then only share the personal interview invite.

Hi all, I have a q regarding the essays - the first one on how you have been a force for positive change - do we need to provide one example we will elaborate on, or can we provide a couple? I would like to describe one related to work and one focused on my extracurricular activities.

Thank you for help and good luck to everyone :)

Hi Magdalena1609,
As RSM’s primary focus is on developing business leaders with international careers who can become a force for positive change by carrying their innovative mindset into a sustainable future.
While answering this essay question- 'How you have been a force for positive change', try and stick to RSM's mission, which is based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals put forth by the United Nations. You can read more about the SDGs here: https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/
You can definitely include 2 examples here, but make sure that the quantity doesn't hamper the quality of your content as the word limit is only 500 words.

Cheers!

Hi Magdalena1609

My take here is that you can provide 2 examples but it needs to be connected and really show real positive. I saw essays from people rejected this season who just provide very weak situations with lot of talk around the situation itself not in the core of the impact itself.

Good luck

Hi MBAPrepCoach Farrell,

I hope you can provide your valuable insights.

Thanks
