Well, the average size of the Deferred MBA cohort (HBS, Sloan, ISB, Columbia) is 85-100.

Is that really it for all those schools combined? Considering several more top schools are offering deferred programs, that number doesn't fill me with much confidence. I wonder what percentage of the total application pool get accepted?

If you go to some of these schools websites you can see the exact stats and how many students they take. Some of the newer deferred programs don’t post stats yet

I would hope they take at least 20 - 30 percent of the applicants but who knows!

I think abhi was generalizing per class, not combined. However, Wharton will be smaller. I am from the Philadelphia area and went to an undergraduate visit day and the adcom disclosed they will be looking for about 50 since it is their first year opening up beyond Penn. Last year they only took like 6-8 Penn kids if I recall from the website...

Yea I spoke with an adcom in January, and they were taking this first year (of non Penn students) as a 'test-run'. Although, the adcom did admit that they had little information about it at the time.

Hi!

So, Is this the last week for interviews?
Or Could we still expect them to send interview invitations?

I'd imagine its the last couple of weeks for interviews given decisions come out less than a couple weeks after

Oh no, that's how many *each* school takes in on an average. And don't worry, I'm being conservative with the number. HBS and ISB took 117 students *each* last year. Since it's the first KFL cohort, I'm guessing they may wanna try out with a smaller batch...

Thanks for the information! If you could let us know when the fifteen interview slots fill up, I would sincerely appreciate it :)

There was only one left this morning when I checked but now they opened up about 6 or 7 more interviews on those same days

Does anyone know if only July 29th, they will also offer potential scholarships to individuals? I would presume that they do offer scholarship money too?

Others please correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that most deferred programs only offer scholarships once you choose to matriculate.
