I think they changed the shortlist date and the essay submission date, so I messaged here to check if anybody has rough idea. The short and submission date was 27th and 27th-30th respectively. But they put out shortlist on 24th and submission date was 27th.

Hi,

1. The interview starts with your introduction, followed by extempore and questions continue.
2. There will be an extempore where you need to take a stand and discuss points supporting your stand.
3. Extempore questions can be anything like "How should the pandemic be handled by the entertainment industry and why?"
