I think this question needs fix. Options say "Naxis" but question stem says "Nazis"

Hey, 'them' clearly refers to Nazis (there is no other antecedent 'them' would make sense with). France? Nope. That would've been 'it'. Same for 'the government'- it is 1 acting unit therefore we cannot refer to 'the government' as 'them'. Has to be only Nazis.
