Hi bb

I have just downloaded the error log copy in my laptop. Thank you so much.

I was specifically looking for - more analytics in SC and CR error log - for example
in CR - we have Assumption, Strengthen, Weaken -- So I wanted individual level accuracy for each one of the metrices.

Can you suggest how should I monitor accuracy of each type of questions in CR and SC.

I found one of the error log uploaded on the forum similar to the one I am expecting - please see the snapshot -

It is fully up to you but keep in mind the purpose of the error log is not to have it as a statistical tool that you will open after years and chart the course. The purpose is to get better and eliminate mistakes so I would suggest to you to aim to make zero mistakes, and not even needing the analytics. I am also suggesting that you spend more time following up on your mistakes and chasing the weak areas and improving rather than taking 1 hour to solve 30 questions, then 5 minutes to review, and then back to another hour of question solving. That is useless. You should first cover a chapter of the relevant material, then do 10 questions in 20 mins and see if you can get 18 right. If you miss more, then go back and figure out why.

P.S. I don't see a point in taking 10 different question types in one day (unless you are taking the test in a few weeks and you finished covering all material... in which case you should be taking a CAT instead).

I have added the Excel versions for all the people who don't read the instructions :(

PS. I checked permissions and it seems the file opens. Keep in mind, you will only be able to view it. You won't be able to do anything with the online version until you save a copy or download a copy. You cannot modify the master version....

Isn’t the GMAT Club error log better for this? The excel file can be used in the way you are describing

Thank you. I have fixed the formula that was affecting the Quant OG PS Section. It is now updated in both online and the Excel versions.
Thanks so much!

I do not believe so. We have not put one together since it came out last year. No one has actually asked. If you would like to work on it together, let me know.

Thx

The error log on google drive is not correct - the exercise numbers (e.g. 108, 109 in PS) do not refer to the correct GMAT question IDs!
Is it the wrong version?

The 2021 and 2022 books are the same. Exactly the same with exception of 3 questions…. I guess we can make it… would be really easy.

I did not spot these 3 questions. Perhaps, I have missed something or overlooked it, Sir.

A small correction...

CR Q #672 ( CR03940 ) is a weaken question.

Also, the right OA is B.

Request to please update. Thanks.

P.S.: The strengthen version of this question is here: https://gmatclub.com/forum/editorial-th ... 48863.html

So, question.

These problems are tagged by difficulty based on how the community answered, correct?

Some of these problems are listed as Easy on the error log but are listed as medium or hard in the actual OG and I'm just wondering if you guys have come up with some method to determine which questions are 600-700 level questions or if I should just use the OG categorization to determine if it's a medium or hard question.

Thanks.

Thanks for the error log, it is very useful in tracking progress.

One query, how to use the "Completed Time" column?
Is there any particular format to be used ?

Whenever i am trying to put 01:16 meaning 76 seconds, it is being shown as 16:00
Similarly, if I try to put 00:20 meaning 20 seconds, it is being shown as 20:00

Am I missing something ?
