Hi, I am at your place attending esade, IE, Rotterdam...

The problem is I asked for the bachelor in Economics and Business Economics known as IBEB. Is this one less recognized than the bba? I am quite stressed to have asked for the wrong bachelor.

I don't think the undergrad degree really matters a whole lot... at least not in the US. The subject of study is pretty relative and unimportant for the employers...

Hi everyone! I have been admitted to both ESADE and RSM in respectively Bachelor of Business Administration and International Business Administration. As I know, they are both good schools that will give me perhaps the opportunity to pursue a good master. But I don't find any ranking for undergraduate levels and the programs are quite the same so I don't know which one would be better.

So if you have any recommendations or advice, please let me know :)

congrats for acceptance in both programs.

Both schools provide high quality education. I always advise to look opportunities and economy of each country and how both schools can help. I can speak highly about RSM in the Netherlands as I have a friend who graduated last year and did one year master (which is normal to do after 3 years Bsc in RSM). He ended up working in a big Dutch bank during the pandemic (July 2020).

Hi Victorduthu!

IBEB is a very good program. Compared to the BBA program, it will be more math based. In the BBA, there will be a greater emphasis on interpersonal and presentation skills.

But then, both are excellent as well as other programs in the schools you mentioned (IE, ESADE). In the end, we can only advise you and you should decide based on where/what you want to do in the future.

All the best and let us know if you have any more questions. Will be glad to answer them!

Interesting conundrum, my 2 cents:

1) Well regarded in their home countries + EU/UK - Tie
2) Better local job market to work post graduation - RSM
3) Cost of attendance - RSM
4) Program length - RSM
5) Location - ESADE

It seems IMO that RSM has the upper hand here. Location is a big plus for ESADE (weather in NL is miserable, and Barcelona is awesome), but I don't know if it's worth c.EUR60k, you can travel quite a bit with that money.

Lastly, as Mo2men said, by the time you graduate at ESADE, you could have a masters if you studied in RSM!

Best of luck.
