Just completed Kira. Questions were simple, why do you want to go to DeGroote, talk about some projects you've led, community services you've been involved in, and challenges that arise when working in a team.

Awaiting results still, good luck to the rest of the applicants!

Hi, thanks for sharing! How much time did it take for you to prepare for the interview? I have got the mail and have time until till23rd to complete.

I think there will be a different online interview if you get selected. The KIRA is just part of the application and doesn't substitute an interview.

Hi, thanks for sharing! How much time did it take for you to prepare for the interview? I have got the mail and have time until till23rd to complete.

I only had prepared for about two days. The practise Kira questions are useful for getting used to the Kira Format, but I recommend practising separately with the typical behaviour-based interview questions. Actual interview was very quick, done within 30 minutes. Good luck!

When you get the Kira interview invite, there is an option to practise as many times as necessary.

Questions were 4 verbal, 1 written.

I had submitted my application on 17th, and I still have not recieved any email from the school acknowledging the submission. Does it take a few days before they send that email or do I need to contact them?

As they are facing some technical issues, they are not able to process anything further.

Even I had submitted my application on 13th January, but my application status still shows as pending and I didn’t even receive acknowledgment.

I have contacted adcom and IT team, they are saying that issue will be resolved by this weedend.

Done with the Kira interview. The questions were completely on my leadership and team skills.

Questions:
1. what were you are career aspiration and why DeGroote MBA.
2. What is your proudest accomplishement
3.Recent example where you had a conflict with another team while working on the project. How did you resolve it?
4. Activity you do while you are away from work. How do you choose your activity?

Plus one written question-
If there are 4 emails and a client is standing near me, how would i deal with the issues and in which priority for a customer-centric role.
