Don't they provide an option to add recommenders' email addresses and the recommenders will get an email? Isn't that how it works?

The mission also guides our admissions process, as we look for academically excellent candidates who also share our belief that we can all make a difference in the world. Keeping this thought in mind, please answer ONE of the following questions:

1. Share how you’ve already been a force for positive change in your world. Your example can be large or small, global or local, but must highlight the positive impact you’ve had through your efforts. Tell us your story. (500 words)

No, I haven't yet started the application. A lot of colleges list the essay topics in their admissions page itself, so I was wondering if I missed it.

Hi .. Did anyone receive the Kira invite for round 1?

Most the time you receive Kira after passing the interview.

So first there will be an interview then a Kira invite? that seems a lit odd

Yup odd but this is what happened with people from the moment of starting Kira.

Hey guys. For those who applied in R1, did you guys have a voice/video call review of your profile? I had applied for a profile review and received an email reply with an acknowledgement that my profile is what they're looking for and I should apply. I am curious to know of others had a one-on-one call for this?

No calls. Just ask for apply after evaluation.

The "Career History" tab allows you to fill in only just the 'Current Company' and a single 'Previous Employer'. There is not option to add a list of previous employers. Are we expected to fill in just the latest previous employer and not the history of all previous employers?

Yes. Fill in current and the previous one. The attached resume will complete your profile. Do not worry.

Yes, it is same question of last year.

You can expect Kira after you pass interview first. The invitation for interview, if your application have passed, is within 2-3 weeks.
