Hey GMAT-Club!
My exam just got cancelled today. I booked that exam about a week ago for the 23.03 at the PearsonVue Testcenter in Frankfurt Germany. The mail that informed me about the cancelation didn't contain any other relevant information regarding the cancelation except that it is covid related. I therefore assume that exams that particular test-center aren't possible at the moment.
In the other hand, the mba com website offers the opportunity to book an exam at the exact same test-center a week after my cancelled exam. I am not sure how those information fit together and how to proceed.
Is here anybody from Germany who contains information about the test-center situation?
Should I try to book the exam a week later, or is this pure nonsense because the exam gets cancelled anyway?
If I don't have the opportunity to schedule an exam at a test-center, I will have to go for the online exam...again.
Gave the online exam a try about 2 weeks ago and felt pretty confident to score my target score of 600 points, because I was scoring 650+ in the practice exams (Veritas and mba). After the exam I felt like I literally guessed the first ten quant questions and had the feeling that the quant section was unreal on the online exam. I looked that up on reddit and found plenty of people talking about the same issue with quant at the online exam. Based on that and my unlucky score of 590, I thought that I take the second try at the test-center.
So to tackle that particular issue, is it true that the online exam is harder, especially for quant?
Sorry for that unstructured post and the amount of questions, I am happy for all kinds of help!
