Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue:
I registered for the online GMAT exam, picked a test date, and paid for the test. Upon submitting my registration, another person's name showed up on my screen. I was charged in full for the GMAT exam, and provided an invoice for the charge; however, the test date I originally selected was not shown, I am unable to pick a test date, unable to cancel, or change anything.
When I called the customer support line, the guy told me there appears to have been a system glitch and my payment went to someone else's registration (the name that showed up on my screen). So now I have paid for someone else's GMAT test, the guy on the phone said he couldn't help me, and the support email has not responded to my inquiry.
Anyone else have this happen/know what I can do to get my money back and to register MYSELF for the test?
I have never seen or heard anything like this. How could a glitch allow for someone else's payment
I think it is best to reach out to the support and provide all the information that you can and I am sure that it will get resolved and if they don't help then you have to cancel the exam and do see if they refund the fee
Regards,
HK
