if you’ve been waitlisted, I’d advise you to try looking deep into your application to see the probable reason why? If Kelley was silent on “not reaching out if you’re waitlisted” I’ll advise you to reach out to members of the admissions committee to respectfully ask which part of your application you could improve on. Also, reach out to students with whom you’ve personally connected ahead of your admission to send an email on your behalf. Just to say they have talked to you a couple of times and they believe you’re a good fit at Kelley.
