I suggest this, don’t listen to nay sayers man. My friend went to ISB 2 years after graduation and after ISB he got into McKinsey. So don’t think about all this. Also, at ISB avg work exp is not 5 - I am assuming you are talking about PGP. Ofcourse if you consider PGP pro etc, avg work exp will be higher. I hope you get the point.

Is there any group for deferred admits (admitted for class of 2022) but deferred it to 2023? Would be helpful - thanks.

I am working in the central government. In the registration process, they are asking for permission for sabbatical leave. In government service, it is very difficult to get permission on time. What to do now?

ISB YLP stage 1 results will be out on 5th May, is that correct?

and if we don’t get a mail by 5th May can we assume we have not been selected?

I have one genuine doubt - why is everyone saying that deferrals this year won’t be as many as last year, given the corona situation is worse than the last year and classes are surely going to be held online. Regarding placements, I think every year ISB’s placements improve. Moreover, just 690 students (instead of 900), for 2020 intake, competing for the same jobs is another reason for the apparent increase in the average. So, there is definitely more chance of getting a better placement in 2022 intake than 2021 intake. Why would people, mostly from middle-class Indian households, pay 42 lakhs+ for online classes when there is a better opportunity of attending a regular curriculum? The only differences I see are - 250 students who deferred last year can’t defer this year and a surprise element regarding coronavirus last year.

*as many as those in last year
