Hi julia0729,
Thanks for posting and glad to hear of your interest in Cambridge for your MBA!
Based on the info you shared so far, if you execute your applications well, based upon what I have seen working with Indonesian female candidates for Judge in the past (I actually happened to help a client also interested in the fashion industry and entrepreneurship gain acceptance at Judge for example, small world), I would be cautiously optimistic that you would be competitive and considered at Judge. I do feel you will benefit greatly from revamping your CV/descriptions of your professional experience for a more general audience though, so as not to fall into a group of applicants who can appear TOO technical or jargon-focused in your applications, fyi.
So far I would identify the following strengths to your profile:
-respectable GMAT
-strong academics
-sufficient work experience at reputable companies
-people & project management skills
-quant & analytical skills
-example/s of taking initiative to improve things/ propose things (shows leadership)
-volunteering experience
Then there are the following potential weaknesses or challenges:
-lack of international experience
-as mentioned--currently your experiences are less accessible to a general audience i.e. "Leading risk register assessment and creation...", "SOP & RACI Matrix drafting for Operation, Engineering & SHE", " fit-gap analysis, blueprint & functional spec creation, SIT, UAT, end-users training and post go-live support" (rationale-- you not only want to ensure all admissions readers quickly 'get' your work but also to show that you will be effective at communicating your work experiences to classmates fyi)
And the following unknowns of course:
-extent of your community involvement; leadership within that?
-how your essays will shape up
-quality of your recommendations
-interview potential
In terms of the lack of international experience, while it is a slight weakness, one action you can take to do your best to overcome that would be to ensure you make it clear why the globally-focused Judge MBA is of interest to you and how it will benefit your career. Showing a passion FOR global experience and specifics on why you need and want that focus will help. Additionally, based upon my experiences working with similar applicants at Judge, it will be vital that you connect your goals with Judge-specific knowledge and experiential opportunities; for example how will the Global Consulting Project help prepare you for your ultimate goal to start your own (potentially global) company? And so forth.
Good luck with your application process, and on a personal note I absolutely loved my time at Judge! If you would like to connect further, you can register here for a 30 minute consultation at any point, which is simply a chance to discuss your profile and CV further and address additional questions you may have.
