Can someone help me understand that reasoning behind the explanation given in OG2019 about the invalidity of option D?

There is nowhere mentioned in the passage that the juices needs to be kept cold until ready to drink. Am is missing something?

I shortlisted A and C but picked the latter. Here's why I chose C: If the oranges for concentrated juice are coming from another continent, it follows that a lotttt of fuel is being consumed to transport these oranges.
While trucks for concentrated juice use "substantially" more energy, I reasoned that the fuel spent on importing the fruit will be much higher. Why is C wrong then? 😢

In option A - how does one know THAT not-from-concentrate juice is not transported in frozen trucks ? Just because not-from-concentrate juice doesnt have the word frozen in it , doesnt necessarily mean not-from-concentrate juices are not ALSO transported in frozen trucks. That is a big assumption when choosing option A IMO

How are the not-from-concentrate juices transported then - in refigerated trucks ?
